Climate Action Walk & Talk – Saturday 26 October 2019

Meet at 9:45 for a 10am start at Fratton Bridge (North side of Goldsmith Avenue, near the trees and benches) for a short walk (1.2 mile) ending at St Simon’s Church, Waverley Road.

Along the route, we will discuss the difference 1.5 degrees and 2 degrees global warming (or even more) could make to flooding across our whole planet by exploring the potential impact here in Portsmouth. This short walk ends with refreshments and discussion about actions we need to take to become carbon neutral. Part of One World Week. All welcome.

It is possible to join us at St Simon’s for coffee and talk from 11:15am.

Tickets are free but booking is essential: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/climate-action-walk-talk-with-portsmouth-friends-of-the-earth-tickets-74407120701
